Misto does not sell your data or use it for our own marketing purposes.

The business you signed up to hear from
Misto, as a service provider managing the platform and ensuring secure delivery of the business's communications
Service providers Misto uses to run the platform and deliver messages, such as our texting provider, who may use your information only to provide those services
We may also disclose information when required by law.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
